Class Schedule
Join us for a fun and informative 3-hour class designed to introduce you to the art of sourdough bread baking! Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class will give you the knowledge and tools to start baking delicious, tangy loaves at home.
What You'll Get:
Throughout the class, we'll walk you through the basics of sourdough, from understanding your starter to stretches and folds to shaping, scoring, and baking your dough. A combination of lecture-style instruction and hands-on experience ensures you'll feel confident and inspired to bake your own loaves at home.
To make the experiences even more enjoyable, we'll be serving breads & spreads, focaccia, and seasonal non-alcoholic beverages-a perfect accompaniment to your baking journey.
By the end of class, you'll have everything you need to continue making delicious sourdough bread on your own!
